NGCare Mental Health Support

The NGCare Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free, confidential guidance and mental health support 24/7. All employees, regardless of benefits coverage, are automatically enrolled in NGCare benefits.

Through NGCare, you, your family and household members are eligible for eight free counseling sessions per issue, per year. Examples of issues include, but are not limited to: marital, relationship or family counseling; stress, anxiety and depression; grief and loss; and job pressures or substance use.

When you reach out for a confidential consultation, your request will be answered by a licensed clinician who will listen to your concerns. If needed, they’ll quickly refer you to in-person or telehealth counseling or in the moment support. To get started, call 800-982-8161 TTY: 800-697-0353 or request online support (enter WebID: NGCare when prompted).
